How do I report a MediusFlow usage or setup related problem?

f you experience an issue or need help with setup for a user, company, supplier or more in MediusFlow please contact the Medius support. Examples setup related issues:

  1. A user cannot see specific invoices
  2. A user cannot code or authorize an invoice
  3. User setup for roles, notifications, authorization groups
  4. Setup for a company 
  5. Setup for supplier
  6. How to find specific data


Please note that there are several solutions available in our success portals FAQ section. Searching the FAQ section is a good way to start troubleshooting the issue.

Please make sure to provide a detailed description of the problem. We recommend summarizing any internal e-mail conversations for us to get a better understanding of the problem. This will facilitate the Medius support to better help you.


Submit the following information:

  1. What activity or step do you need help with? What kind of effect or change do you want to see in the application?
  2. Where in the application and with which object are you working with? Give us as much detail as possible so that we find the object or part of the application where you need assistance. Specify which section in the application you are working with. Specify the user, company or supplier of interest.
  3. If applicable, when did the problem occur? Provide date and time. Please include time zone, this makes it easier for Medius support to navigate logs.
  4. If applicable, do you receive any error message when performing the action(s)? If so, please include the error message, if still available.
  5. Is the problem isolated to a specific user, company, supplier or is the problem occurring for all objects? If the problem is isolated to a specific object, have you compared the settings of this object with other similar objects who does not have the problem? If is related to a user for example, compare the setup of a user who has no problem with the setup for the specific problematic user.
