How do I report a performance issue?

If you experience a MediusFlow performance issue please contact the Medius support. Examples of performance issues:

  1. Long response times when opening an invoice, coding an invoice, navigating different pages in MediusFlow and more.
  2. Long delays between the time of master data import and when it is available in MediusFlow.
  3. Non informative error messages turning up (perhaps seemingly at random) when interacting with MediusFlow.


Please make sure to provide a detailed description of the problem. We recommend summarizing any internal e-mail conversations for us to get a better understanding of the problem. This will facilitate the Medius support to better help you.


Please submit the following information:

  1. What were you doing (what activity or step were you performing) when you experienced bad performance?
  2. How many users were affected? Just you or your colleagues as well?
  3. Which document(s) are impacted?
  4. When did the problem occur? Please include time zone so we can check our logs.
  5. What web browser were you using? We recommend Google Chrome.
  6. Did any error messages appear? If “yes” please include the error message, if still available.


Please include screenshots if it helps describing the issues you are experiencing.
