It is not possible to change the maximum idle time for a user in MediusFlow. This functionality might be implemented in the future.
However, if you are using an ADFS or Office 365 user authorization integration, the maximum idle time is controlled by the lifetime setting in the ADFS/Office 365 token. MediusFlow will overwrite its maximum idle time with the value in your token.
If you are using an ADFS or Office 365 user authorization integration, you can contact your IT department to change the lifetime setting in the token.
